Refund policy
At Skinity, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, in case of any concerns, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
1. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you must share a clear unboxing video of the product within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.
Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
2. Quality Concerns
For product quality issues, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Any complaints after this timeframe will not be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds are available under any circumstances.
Only exchanges are allowed once the claim is verified and approved by Skinity.
4. Exchange Process
Customers requesting an exchange must bear the shipping cost to send the product back to our warehouse.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the exchange product against the approved claim.
The replacement will be for the same item or a suitable alternative if the original item is unavailable.
5. Important Notes
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Any tampered, used, or incomplete product will not be eligible for exchange.
Skinity reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on the provided evidence and inspection.
